DRINK #1: The Cartel
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Herradura Silver Tequila
- 1 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 2 oz Pineapple JUICE
- ½ Honey Syrup
- 4 dash Peruvian Bitters
To make
Build in tin, shake with ice, strain into rocks glass, garnish with pineapple wedge.
DRINK #2: Pink Elephant
Ingredients
- 1 oz Sailor Jerry Rum
- 1 oz Luxardo Ameretto
- ½ oz Morlacco Cherry Liq
- 1 bar spoon of Pomegranate molasses
- 3 oz Coconut Milk(unsweetened).
- 1/4 Lime Juice
To make
Build in tin, shake with ice, strain into coup. No garnish.
DRINK #3: Southern Gentleman
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Johnny Drum Bourbon
- 1 oz Sweet Tea
- ¾ oz Honey syrup
- Mint
- Grilled Frozen Lemon Halves
- 2 dash Orange Bitters
To make
Chill rocks glass, in glass shaker muddle 6-7 mint leaves, build cocktail and stir with ice, fine strain into the chilled rocks glass, and garnish with two frozen grilled lemons and mint bouquet.
DRINK #4: Afternoon Delight
Ingredients
- 1 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4oz ZU Bison Grass Vodka
- 2 oz Rose Wine
- Splash of grapefruit
To make
Build in wine glass, stir with ice, add a splash of soda, and garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients
A blend of 9 different floral and botanical liqueurs delicately blended with champagne and “strawberry pearls”.
