Of the three W hotels in Atlanta, the W Midtown has the most toned down design. Upscale amenities -- including a restaurant by Jean-George and chic lobby bar -- remain, but the pool is less scene-y and more business- and family-friendly than at other locations. Business amenities include meeting rooms (some with stunning city views), a business center, and free car service within 5 miles of the hotel. This stylish, 110-room boutique in Downtown Atlanta, part of Marriott's high-end Autograph Collection, is great for getting work done away from the office, with perks that include a great rooftop bar, a nice business center with free espressos, and stocked fitness center. In the heart of downtown, Glenn Hotel is near the business district, with CNN, Georgia State, and the World Coca Cola museum all a quick walk away. This DoubleTree offers business travelers extensive amenities, including an outdoor pool; a large, sleek fitness center; business center; and a convenience store in the lobby. The huge, 1,070-room Omni Hotel at CNN Center is a typical business chain hotel, with a few extra perks -- an outdoor pool, a delicious restaurant, and a large fitness center. Ample meeting space and well-connected rooms also make for a great away-from-the-office stay. The Westin Buckhead is a fairly typical upper-level chain hotel suitable for business or pleasure travelers. The club lounge even has a reputation for being one of the best in the chain, and it is spacious and more modern looking than the rest of the hotel -- which is bound to impress any client or investor. The 441-room Ritz-Carlton Atlanta is one of the most luxurious hotel choices downtown, and a top business hotel in the city. With large, well-appointed meeting rooms and business facilities, it's hard to beat the Ritz. The outstanding service and glamorous design at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead fall in line with customer's expectations of this luxury brand (just like its Atlanta sister property). Highlights include a big indoor pool, a high-end cafe, an ornate lobby, a regal dining room, and a wonderful business center. The 244-room Four Seasons Atlanta certainly looks grand -- the exterior and entryway have the scale and decoration one would expect from a southern Four Seasons. There's even a lovely indoor saltwater lap pool with Jacuzzi and free poolside chilled towels, ice water, and Evian spritzes; a well-outfitted, modern fitness center; an acclaimed restaurant; and a full-service spa. Add the great business center and meeting rooms, and there's no need to leave during your Four Seasons Atlanta stay. The 422-room InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta is classic and elegant -- from the bright, grand lobby with fireplaces and marble columns to the upscale and comfortable rooms. Located in the center of Buckhead's commercial area, there are also many restaurants, bars, and attractions a short walking distance from the InterContinental Buckhead. The 414-room Loews Atlanta hotel brings style, luxury, and convenience to Midtown. Business-minded amenities include 24-hour room service, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, free transportation within a three-mile radius in a stylish Audi Q7, and free Wi-Fi in the lobby (though in-room Wi-Fi requires a fee, the Loews's offering of free Wi-Fi in the lobby is a step above the services of most similar hotels in the area).
