The Buffet Restaurant is decorated has eye-catching red details and inside there is a board where guests can write notes about enjoyable places they visited in Barcelona to share with other guests.

The Tryp Condal Mar is in a residential area, and is a five-minute drive from the Centre de Convencions de Internacional Barcelona. Also nearby is the Diagonal Mar shopping center with retail stores, fast-food restaurants, and a movie theater. The Selva de Mar station is a ten-minute walk away, making the commute to the city center a 40-minute trip.
