Kurfuerstendamm is a famous avenue in Berlin where the best shopping in the city finds its home. The surrounding area takes on the same name. Located in Ku'Damm, the Berlin Plaza Hotel is fairly central but not within close walking distance to many of Berlin's favorite tourist sights. Public transport is within easy walking distance and the streets are reported to be quieter than more touristy neighborhoods.
