An address on West Berlin's Kurfurstendamm Avenue, close to transport
The Ku' Damm 101 hotel is situated in the heart of West Berlin along Kurfurstendamm Avenue. This is one of city's most famous shopping streets, considered the Champs Elysees of Berlin. Guests will be close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and hotels in the area. Checkpoint Charlie can easily be reached from the bus stop outside the hotel entrance. In addition, the Adenauerplatz metro station and Halensee S-Bahn train station are within a 10-minute walk. Traveling around the city via subway is cheap and easy.
Berlin is the capital and largest city in Germany best known for its lively nightlife (restaurants and bars stay open late), cafes, museums, palaces, street art, and historic sites.
Ku' Damm 101 is a modern, minimalist hotel on central Kurfurstendamm Avenue, a hub for high-end shopping and dining in West Berlin. All 170 rooms feature understated colors and furniture by young German designers. Stark-white bathrooms have heated floors but are missing basic essentials like conditioner and facial tissue. The breakfast -- not included in nightly rate -- offers a healthy menu in a bright top-floor space with panoramic views of Berlin's rooftops. Additional perks include a wellness center with spa treatments, a pretty outdoor garden, and lobby lounge with unusual contemporary art. However, there is a fee for Wi-Fi and not all rooms have air conditioning.
