Outside the city center in East Berlin, but close to public transportation.
The NH Frankfurter Allee is in a good location for trains and trams: two-blocks to the U-Bahn Station and less than 10 minutes via train to Alexanderplatz, the main transportation hub in Berlin. Other nearby attractions include the pedestrian-friendly Friedrichstrasse shopping street and the popular Hackescher Markt area. Trade show visitors can reach their destination in 20 minutes via a direct S-Bahn light rail line.
Berlin is the capital and largest city in Germany best known for its lively nightlife (restaurants and bars stay open late), cafes, museums, palaces, street art, and numerous sites of historic interest.
The NH Berlin Frankfurter Allee is a 99-room hotel near local transport. Bright but basic rooms have red accent walls and black leather furniture, along with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and coffeemakers. The charming Wirtshaus-Fünfländereck restaurant and lounge is a rustic space serving a buffet breakfast and German cuisine for lunch or dinner. In the summer all meals can be enjoyed outside on the garden terrace. There is also a cozy cellar dining room with a vaulted ceiling. Additional hotel perks include the free wellness center with a sauna and relaxation area. However, there are pesky fees for both breakfast and Wi-Fi.
