We stayed at this hotel Feb. 2011. The beach is great. The front desk service is awful. It took nearly 3 hours to check in.....we booked our vacation in Sept.....not like it was last minute, so you would think that they knew we were coming. We needed 3 rooms and asked to be together....it took 3 days to get rooms in the same building. We finally had to go directly tothe hotel manager. They could have done that the first day because others on our flight were in our building. No blankets, no facecloths and limited towels.
