I would have been at Silver "Sandals" level had we gone back.

“Since new management,(from father to son) Sandals has gone down the tube!!” Reviewed 27 April 2011 We went back to Sandals Whitehouse for a week and a week at Beaches Sandy Bay. The staff has been cut in half, but due to staff dedication, the service at Whitehouse is still pretty good. Beaches, on the other hand is a different story. Our driver had to go and find somebody to take our luggage and show us where to go.They knew we were coming and still we waited in the lobby for 5 hrs and 15 minutes to get our room. While we waited in the lobby for over 5 hours, we weren't even offered a drink until after my wife went and got the second one for us. We were told it was wheelchair accessible, but it's not. You can't get a wheelchair in the bathroom (which was filthy) or past the bed to the patio door. One step to get into the room and three steps to get from the deck to the sidewalk. It took over 4 hours to get somebody to clean up our deck where our "classy" neighbor threw up on it!! We had to go thru the parking lot by the street twice to get to our room because they had tables set up in front of the only ramp to get to the rooms. I could go on for quite some time about the place, but I don't want to bore you. The bottom line is, Sandals will never get another cent of our money!!!

Room Tip: Stay away from any Sandals property.
