This all-inclusive is partnered with Sesame Street, which means your kids get Muppet-led activities in addition to a water park and a pristine, calm beachfront.Beaches Negril makes vacationing easy with an extensive, supervised kids' club and a buffet's that includes grilled cheese, pizza, waffles, and french fries at all three meals.

2

Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa

Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica

The waterslides, waterfalls, and swinging bridges of the Sugar Mill Falls water park are bound to be a hit with the kids, but a high-tech gym, a quality spa, and four lit tennis courts make Rose Hall a hit with parents, too. If Sugar Mill Falls and the beach aren't enough, the Kids' Klub has a supervised playground and offers daily activities.

3

Half Moon

Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica

For those who can afford a luxury family vacation, you can't get more ideal than this 400-acre property: a dolphin cove, horseback riding stables, mini-golf, and the colorful Anancy Children's Village with video games, arts and crafts, and a great playground. And because Half Moon's a splurge, it's a huge bonus that kids under 16 eat and sleep for free at this classic resort.

4

Beaches Sandy Bay

Beaches Sandy Bay is a great option for families who have kids of different ages -- playgrounds, nurseries, kids' camps, and live shows for the younger kids and 18 arcade-style X-Box consoles for the older kids. Plus, the whole family will love the incredible soft-sand beach. The hotel does, however, lack the water park that Beaches Negril and Beaches Boscobel offer.

5

Beaches Ocho Rios Resort & Golf Club

Boscobel, Jamaica

Beaches Boscobel is second to Beaches Sandy Bay because there isn't much for older kids to do besides water sports, but families with young kids will love the colorful water park, Muppet-led sing-alongs, and "Sesame Street" signposts. Kids can get their hair braided and learn to tie-dye shirts at the Fun Club.

6

Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica

Runaway Bay, Jamaica

The Gran Bahia all-inclusive mega-resort is welcoming to tots and knows how to keep them happy. Kids can snorkel out on the beach or dance at the mini-disco, and the large, well-organized kids' club helps parents get some alone time. The enormous pool is a hit with kids, and there's a small kids' pool for families with babies or toddlers.

7

Iberostar Rose Hall Beach

Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica

Kids run around freely at this lively all-inclusive mega-resort that has plenty for everyone to do. A huge pool with basketball nets, free parasailing and kayaking, beach volleyball, and impressive tennis courts go far in occupying active guests. For the tots, the kids' club contains a small playground and two shin-deep pools with animal-shaped floaties, not to mention attentive, engaging staff. We found the food here to be among the best all-inclusive fare we've tried.
