Oysters review is pretty much spot on. However...
The photos do not do this place justice. Walking onto the property and seeing the cliffside view for the first time is simply breathtaking. It is something I didnt get used to during my week long stay there.
My wife summed our stay up by saying on the 2nd day "this feels like a second honeymoon"
The TV situation may sound difficult, but it was not. We requested a TV via an email to the Caves booking agent prior to arriving, and it was there waiting for us. There were some 75-100 channels, both US, EU, and Jamaican to choose from. No problem. But this isnt the place to go if you want to sit in your room and watch TV, now is it?
The Caves is simply the best vacation experience I have ever had. It isnt the most extravagant or plush hotel I have ever visited, but it surely was the most comfortable, warm, relaxing, and wonderful. It is a 'cliche' to say you are recharging your batteries while on vacation. At the Caves, you can truly do so.

My wife and I stayed at the Caves in mid July 2011 for the first time. This place is the best resort that i have ever stayed in (incl. Las Vegas, Sandals, Beaches, ect.) The staff is wonderful, the food is exceptional, the views both on land and ocean are beyond imagination. These are the most inviting rooms/villas that i have ever stayed. If oyster.com's recent revisit and awards dont sway you, i dont know what will.

My husband and I have stayed at the Caves twice in the last few years - and definitely plan to return. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly without being fake, and the view is spectacular. If the property was closer to an airport and didn't have so many steps, I would have had my wedding there. My only complaint is that the sheets and towels are not very luxurious.

While the Caves does offer Internet access, it is extremely dicey and I would not highlight it as anything that is reliable, but iffy.
Wonderful place to relax
