coment about are room

The rooms need big time up dateing My white jeans were so dirty from the carpet. The maids were great they clean very good.Beds were good. The only thing like I said they need to spend some money and up date it.Looks old and dingy.

I haven't stayed at the Luxor, but the highlight of our last trip was the Titanic exhibition. We'd been put off by the high price tag the first time we went, but we got tickets for half price at one of the Strip's ticket booths and gave it a shot. It's definitely worth the full price of admission; a beautifully crafted exhibit with some really fantastic artifacts. I highly recommend it.

Hi Brittany - Thanks for writing to us! You're right that we overlooked some of the entertainment options when we wrote our review, so we've added some more information for our reader. Thanks again for input, and keep enjoying the site!

The Elevators

Mike, your review is spot on—when I stayed there in November of 2005, I had a similar experience (long front desk lines and 'dated' room, but overall pleasant stay with great customer service).

In addition to that, I would point out that the elevators' orientation (sideways) makes for a somewhat dizzy ride (especially after a few cocktails), so try to book something on a lower floor. ;)
