You point out the issue of a pool crowded with drunks.
I wouldn't know this facet of pool life at Planet Hollywood since the pool is rarely open during my hotel stays.
My issue with this hotel is the pool hours are some of the shortest in Las Vegas. At least summer hours currently are 9am-7pm. Last fall the hours were only 10am-4pm.
