The 120 privately owned condos stand out for being a grade above many of the other lodgings offered in the area. There aren’t a lot of extra amenities at the hotel -- there’s no restaurant and breakfast isn’t provided -- but rooms have kitchens so guests can prepare their own meals. The hotel has an outdoor pool that's enclosed seasonally, as well as two whirlpools and a children’s pool. Travelers may want to compare rates with Myrtlewood Villas, which offers privately owned condos on a property with two golf courses, several outdoor pools, and an indoor pool and small lazy river.

The pool deck is right by the beach, and a wooden walkway creates a path down to the flat, sandy area.

Kitchens are furnished with stoves and refrigerators, and appliances include toasters, blenders, and coffeemaker. Balconies have lovely ocean views and are big enough to accommodate tables and chairs.
