Add CommentTrue tale about a manager of the Gershwin hotel named Eric. I package was sent by me to one of the customer of the hotel. The package never got to my friend. UPS told me the package got delivered to the front desk.
I called the hotel and was amazed by the front desk manager called Eric. He search through the surveillance tapes to find what had happened to my package. He was on the case until this problem was solved. I have never seen this level of commitment. Next time I go to NY I will definitely stay at the Gershwin Hotel.
The problem was the package came in the middle of a shipment to the hotel. Eric was able to retrieve my package from the hotel storage.
