We stayed for three nights on a combination business/pleasure trip. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The location is great; we were uptown, downtown, and even Brooklyn and never had to make more than one subway transfer. We checked in at 1pm and were given an upgrade to a deluxe king. The room was well sized for NYC and very clean with decent decorating and appointments. We paid a good deal less than the stated rate, so it was a fantastic value. The walls are paper thin, I could literally hear a conversation in the next room in detail, but most people staying at the hotel are there for business or touring not spending much time in the room partying. Great place for taking on the city not for a romantic getaway.
