Add CommentI stayed at this hotel for four days in August, 2009 because it was the least expensive NYC hotel with a pool. I used the pool to do my water aerobics. The view was great! However, both the pool and the room were dated. The carpeting in my room was quite worn and the sliding closet doors were hard to maneuver. I also had a problem with towels, but did receive more. The bathroom fixtures were also old. The bed was very comfortable and the wide-screen TV was excellent. Unfortunately, these were the only new updates in the room. I agree with the Oyster reviewer that it was nice to have the refrigerator in the room to hold snacks and my medications even though the fridge was rather old. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure. It was okay for what I paid for a NYC room, but it was far from everywhere I wanted to go.
