All I can say is as a person who is very picky with hotels, this was far superior than most. The front desk was helpful, friendly, helpful, got me a lovely room upon arrival and all-in-all my stay was very pleasant. I was up there for a Sunday - Tuesday to attend a show traveling alone and they even had beautiful umbrellas to borrow while going out during the day. I felt like I was in London and the rooms were comfortable, lovely and clean!!!
