The Grand Bohemian Hotel is located on a wide avenue a couple of blocks from Interstate 4, and near dining and nightlife. While it is far from the theme parks, this location is convenient for those attending an event at the Amway Center, which is a short walk from the hotel.
Downtown Orlando is a sprawling area full of great restaurants, bars, and stores. Near the hotel, Antiques Row is known for its antiques stores (as the name suggests), and there are a number of pretty lakes nearby, perfect for a relaxed picnic. Downtown Orlando is also a good base to explore the numerous golf courses found just outside the city center, and it is generally less crowded than the resort areas closer to the theme parks.
