Review Summary

Photos and Review by

Pros

  • Almost all rooms have beautiful views
  • Private beach with food and drink service
  • Dark, trendy Asian-inspired decor
  • Large rooms with lots of dark wood, bronze porcelain tiles, and flat-screen TVs
  • Cool four-poster pillow-top beds with hanging fish netting
  • Stylish pool area
  • Access to two private golf clubs
  • Excellent fine dining at popular restaurant, Michelle Bernstein's
  • Eco-friendly practices
  • Free Wi-Fi

Cons

  • Small bathrooms
  • Pool in front of hotel, next to parking lot
  • Some Intracoastal Waterway View rooms offer just a glimpse of the water
  • Daily fee for parking
  • About a 10-minute drive south of the main Palm Beach action

Bottom Line

This 134-room boutique hotel has a cool, chic vibe, with lots of dark wood in the rooms and lobby, dim mood lighting, and a private beach with food and drink service. Situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel has beautiful views all around (but be wary of the Intracoastal Waterway View rooms, because some offer just a tiny glimpse of the water). The renowned restaurant from celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein is a local hot spot, and access to two private golf courses is a nice perk. But the pool, despite its stylish design, is oddly located in front of the hotel, across the parking lot.
