Quiet, beachfront location in Panama City Beach
Miles and miles of beautiful white sand in Panama City Beach attract thousands of tourists each year to the Florida Panhandle. It’s an especially popular destination during spring break, drawing over 100,000 high school and college students. Along with a number of high-rise condos and hotels -- built up during a mid-2000s construction boom -- the city’s main strip is lined with a variety of mini-golf businesses, arcades, souvenir shops, and seafood restaurants. Other nearby attractions include the scuba diving shop Diver’s Den, Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, and the Museum of Man in the Sea.
Sterling Beach sits on five acres of manicured Gulf-front land in Panama City Beach. Each of its 92 condos -- some of which can sleep up to 12 people -- are incredibly spacious and outfitted with a kitchen, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and DVD players. While only some units have amazing floor-to-ceiling windows, all have sweeping ocean views. Decor ranges from classic and modern to kitschy and island-themed, all depending on the condo owner. The resort offers 300 feet of private beach, free chairs, and a huge outdoor pool that is heated seasonally.
