One of the difficulties I experience when analyzing online travel agency (OTA) hotel room rates with the hotel brand website is matching room types when the OTA uses different labels than the hotel website.
The Oyster Hotel review for the St. Regis San Francisco has photos listed by the titles Metropolitan Suite, Astor Suite, and St. Regis Suite. A suite on hotel's site is generally defined as a hotel room with a separate sitting area room.
"St. Regis Suite" is not the term used by the Starwood Hotel website for the room shown on Oyster Hotel Reviews. The room shown is not a suite. There is not a separate sitting area room.

Hi Ric - Thanks for pointing out this error. You're right that we mislabeled an album as "St. Regis Suite" when it's actually a "Superior Guest Room." We've made the change accordingly, which you'll see if you check out the photo albums again. Thanks for your keen eye!
