5

Xperience Sea Breeze Resort

Snacks including ice-cream are served at select times and an unlimited amount of hot, soft, and local alcoholic drinks are available until midnight. A la carte restaurants are not included in the plan, however guests can have a BBQ dinner buffet once per stay.

The Sir Francis Drake Pub and Disco is open until 2 a.m. There are also a 24-hour lobby bar with a terrace; a pool bar serving snacks and drinks; and a seafood restaurant, Il Pescatore, serving lunch and dinner at the beach. Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Red Sea and Sinai, Egypt

The resort provides a range of plans, from simple bed and breakfast to half-board to all-inclusive rates. Unreserved meal options under the plans involve buffet service in the hotel's main Sinai restaurant, which while typically prone to inconsistent quality, is generally better than your average hotel buffet. Most of the a la carte options must be reserved in advance, while the Pool Bar offers a late breakfast and afternoon snacks. The all-inclusive plan includes unlimited local alcoholic drinks and a range of soft drinks around the clock (the dance bar is open until 2 a.m., and the lobby bar is open all night), though any premium spirits or imported wines are extra.

Nabq Bay, South Sinai, Red Sea and Sinai, Egypt

Guest rooms are spacious and bright, with separate bedrooms for kids, and balconies or terraces with pool views -- although bathrooms are a bit of a letdown.

10

Snacks including ice cream are available at set times and mostly around the main pool. A la carte restaurants need to be reserved in advance (through booking stations), while room service is available, but not included in the plan.
