Santa Clara is a relatively large city in the Silicon Valley, located west of San Jose. Like other areas of the Silicon Valley, this destination is home to numerous high-tech companies like Intel and Sun Microsystems. One of the most popular attractions in the city is the geek-friendly Intel Museum. Santa Clara also has a large convention center that many companies in the wider Silicon Valley utilize.
In addition, Santa Clara is home to one of the historic missions that line El Camino Real and in 2015, it will also be home to the 49ers. The hotel is located right by Mission College and is a short drive from the Great America Theme Park, the airport, and the Santa Clara Convention Center.
