Just take a look at what Toronto's hottest hotel bars are serving up! The Thompson Toronto is every bit as hip as its sister properties, evening boasting a rooftop patio with stunning views (CN Tower included!) and tasty cocktails. This all-suite hotel -- located in the heart of Toronto's Financial District -- features Eight Wine Bar, a cozy spot with a comfort food-focused menu and great wines. The Pantages Hotel has a convenient location, and best of all, boasts a cool martini bar with a full menu, featuring entrees such as "cherrytini chicken breast" and "chocotini pork tenderloin." It also offers a pre-theater menu. The glamorous Fairmont Royal York is one of Toronto's grand dames, and has a cozy Library Bar that not only serves cocktails but also offers afternoon tea service. Located in the newly gentrified area of the Art and Design District, The Drake is a nightlife hot spot, with two restaurants, a lounge, and a rooftop patio that we really love. Designed like an upscale lemonade stand, it features plush outdoor seating and plenty of foliage. Housed in an historic, Romanesque Revival-style building, The Gladstone Hotel is home to the popular Melody Bar which features "crappy hour" (but we promise the cocktails are good!) and a lively -- and boozy -- weekend brunch. The 229-room Cambridge Suites Hotel has quality dining and refreshments at the trendy Portico restaurant and bar. The SoHo Metropolitan is a luxury boutique property featuring the upscale Senses Restaurant & Lounge, which has drawn in famous names such as Lady Gaga and Beyonce. From its high-end decor to its high-tech amenities, the 267-room Ritz-Carlton exudes a luxurious vibe. Though the on-site Toca Bar may be on the pricey side, it's worth dropping a few extra loonies on signature cocktails like the Absinthe Frappe or La Pomme Quebecoise. This 167-room property, a part of the Maple Leaf Square complex, is a modern hotel with a sleek lobby cocktail lounge. This intimate, 77-room boutique offers top-notch luxury in everything from the modern decor, to the great drinks and dining at ONE Restaurant and Bar. Even mini-burgers at the bar will cost you a pretty penny, but we'd argue that they're definitely worth it.
