The property is situated along a stretch of the Adriatic known for its Torres, 16th-century towers constructed to look for Turkish ships bound for Salento, some of which have towns surrounding them. The hotel is located on a small road at the edge of Torre Saracena, which is part of a tiny town; pizzerias and other dining options are within a 15-minute walk. The hotel is set back one kilometer from the water; the proprietors run a shuttle service to a nearby beach.

All the apartments have kitchenettes with mini-fridges and a hot-plate setup. The rooms tend to be small; almost all have a configuration that includes a bed immediately adjacent to the dining area. Visitors have commented positively on the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, and have also recommended that parents with small children ask for rooms away from the theater, since entertainment can go until late in the evening. Dark wood furniture is present in most of the apartments; all of them also have a tiny TV as well as air-conditioning.

A medium-sized pool is the heart of activities here; exercise classes are often held on-site, and there is also the occasional afternoon DJ or children's entertainer. A small amphitheater is another site of activity; some have noted that those wishing to go to bed early may want to request rooms not immediately adjacent to the theater. There is also a small outdoor play area.
