Neither the exteriors nor the interiors of this three-story building are particularly striking, with light-gray siding on the exterior and a simple lobby featuring a small seating area with patterned chairs, a fireplace, and a few generic landscape paintings by local artists on the wall. There's a tiny seating area just outside with a few patio tables and chairs, plus a second indoor lounge area next to the rooftop sunbathing deck. The only other proper common area is the breakfast room, which has two-tone wooden chairs and tables topped with flower vases. While there is a meeting room, most guests are vacationing couples who want easy beach access.
