1. The Lamb’s Club at The Chatwal Hotel, New York City

Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian really shows his personality off in this flagship venue. The bar mixes fantastic drinks. You can often find me perched there, eating meatballs and drinking a cool cocktail.”

2. Nahm at the Metropolitan by COMO, Bangkok

“David Thompson here continually amazes me with what he does with Thai food: Big, bold flavors that are softened by fragrant Thai aromatics. Last time I stayed here, I ate at Nahm three times in one week!”

3. Berners Tavern at The London EDITION

“Jason Atherton has slowly been building his empire and this Ian Schrager property stands out. It is probably the most gorgeous room to dine in in all of London. My friends and I order the chateaubriand for two with the most decadent mac and cheese on the side.”

4. Saba Rock at Saba Rock, Virgin Gorda

“The best fish tacos in the Caribbean! It is only accessible by boat. I love to go sailing and then hitch my catamaran up to the dock and scramble up to the bar and order an ice-cold beer and fresh fish tacos that I’ll douse in hot sauce.”

5. Restaurant at The Oberoi Udaivilas, India

“You can’t go wrong with any of the Oberoi Hotels in India since Hemant Oberoi is at the helm. A first-class chef, he has created menus that are as memorable as the venue. Udaivilas has to be one of the most romantic hotels I have ever been in. You take an enchanting boat ride to the hotel across a placid lake…the rest proceeds like a dream complete with rose petals being thrown at your feet.”
