It’s time to spark up the romance for Valentine’s Day 2011. Local Miami restaurants will make it easier by offering delectable menus all weekend long. From Sonoma duck foie gras custard to gold champagne truffles, you are sure to get excited by these fabulous offerings.

Eden Roc is offering a 4-course prix-fixe menu for $95 per person. This menu is available on February 14 only, from 6-10 pm. Start off with your choice of Tuna Crudo or a Garden Greens Salad with oranges and asparagus; continue onto your choice of Hawaiian Mero with roasted beet agnolotti and pea tendrils or Olive Oil Poached Salmon with spinach, crispy fingerlings and smoked bacon; continue onto your meat dish as you choose between Slow Cooked Short Ribs with polenta, glazed shallots, greens and huckleberry sauce or Beef Tenderloin with carrot puree, wild mushrooms, baby artichokes and cabernet sauce; and finish off with a taster of homemade desserts and ice cream.

Both Costa Grill and Il Mulino will offer specials for Valentine’s Day. At Costa Grill, guests can enjoy a 4-course dinner menu (think Pan Roasted Snapper with herbed pearled couscous, Macadamia Crusted Rack of Lamb with roasted artichokes and a heart shaped chocolate cake for dessert) , rose presentation and live music all weekend long for $110 per person, with seatings at 7 pm and 9 pm. Il Mulino’s $125 menu will only be available on Valentine’s Day evening with seatings available after 5:30 pm. Highlights include a traditional Caesar Salad; Ravioli Porcini with Champagne Truffle Cream Sauce; a Double Cut Veal Chop grilled with sage and garlic; and a Red Snapper Livornaise.

Angelique will offer a Valentine’s Day Brunch on Saturday & Sunday from 11 am – 4 pm with entrees like Begium Waffles starting at just $10. Add in a bottomless mimosa for just $14 with the purchase of an entree. For dinner, from Friday-Sunday, guests can enjoy a $52 3-course dinner with Florida Lobster and Cremini Mushroom Risotto, Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola Mashed Potatoes and more.

Chef Allen’s is adding in some special perks for Valentine’s Day. On the 12th, enjoy 2 complimentary glasses of sparkling Rose. On the 13th, Chef Allen will host an exclusive couple’s truffle making class and on the 14th, Chef Allen’s will be offering a decadent 5-course dinner and the ladies will go home with a box of homemade truffles.

At China Grill Miami Beach diners can choose from their regular menu including classics like the Lobster Pancakes, Tempura Sashimi, Confucius Chicken Salad or Grilled Szechuan Beef. Or, indulge in one of their entrees for two including the 36 oz. Creek stone Farms Porterhouse bacon-potato hash & wok fried onion rings ($89). Dine out for Valentine’s Day Daniel Boulud Style for $90 per person. Your 3-course menu will be personalized to your liking. To start, you will have many options to choose from including a Lobster Salad with avocado, hearts of palm, pepper, pesto dressing and Ruby Red Grapefruit; Foie Gras Terrine with poached rhubarb, daikon radish and pistachio; and Ricotta Cavatelli with black truffle, taleggio fonduta and toasted hazelnuts. For your main entree, you may enjoy a Duo of Beef with peppered ribeye and braised short rib or the Bread Crusted Pompano with artichokes, fingerling potatoes, tomato confit and garlic-parsley veloute. For dessert, may we recommend the Lemon Gratin served with pistachio-pine nut biscuit, Granny Smith apple confit and yogurt sorbet.

Love is in the air at Eos, and they will be celebrating with 4 days of delectable eating at Eos. Available from 7-11 pm, Eos is offering a 5-course menu that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. Start off with an Amuse Bouche — Cauliflower Mousse with port wine and truffle essence, continue on with your choice of an Heirloom Heart-Beet Salad, Tuna Tartar with mango caviar or Foie Gras with Greek yogurt and crispy ginger. For your main entree, try the Roasted Hawaiian Sea Bass with little neck clams, mussels, merguez and white sofrito or the Roasted Beef Tenderloin with pomme puree, roasted wild mushrooms, spring onion argue and truffled buerre rouge fondue. Finish off with a Warm Chocolate Fondant, Deconstructed Velvet Cake or Petit Fours. Cost is $70 per person, a wine pairing is available for an additional $30 per person. One lucky couple will have the opportunity to dine at the outdoor “Fireplace” on Sunday and one on Monday. The aphroditious menu includes Blue Point Oysters, a beet salad, Butter Poached Maine Lobster and Chocolate Fondue. Finish this off by feeding your sweetheart petit fours blindfolded. This menu is available for $120 per person. Add on an additional $45 per person for wine pairings.

Guests will a sumptuous menu featuring seasonal ingredients, natural meat and sustainable seafood. You are sure to enjoy the Rose Bellini welcome cocktail, Port Wine Poached Asian Pear served with sliced smoked duck breast; Chardonnay Butter Poached Lobster Tail served with sweet pea ravioli; Hazelnut Crusted Domestic Rack of Lamb; and the Dark Chocolate Passion Fruit Truffle served with Champagne Sorbet for dessert.

Are you looking for an exclusive evening out with your loved one? Make a reservation for a private, poolside cabana at Gotham Steak. This option is only available on Monday, February 14 and will cost you between $500-$700 per couple. This romantic menu will include delectable favorites like Kumamoto Oysters, Gruyere Cheese Croquettes, Crispy Maine Lobster and Whole Roasted Dover Sole. The restaurant will also offer a more reasonably priced 4-course menu for $250 per couple. This will be available Friday – Monday.

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced Valentine’s Day dinner, you might want to check out Indigo’s menu. From 6-10 pm, they will be serving a fantastic menu for $42 per person. Highlights include Lobster and Mango Salad with Pink Grapefruit; Artichoke Soup with Hazelnut Foam; Seared Sea Bass with Rock Shrimp, Saffron Risotto and Basil Coulis; and a Heart Shaped Duo of Chocolate and Raspberry Gateau Strawberries Puree. Pair this off with a bottomless glass of Chandon Brut for $20.

Joey’s will be offering a special $80 prix-fixe menu available from 6-midnight on February 14th. This special menu will start off with your choice of Burratina with Parma Ham and Pear Mustard or Bay Scallops in a Cherry Balsamic Reduction served with asparagus; followed by Lobster Ravioli with Shrimp or Paccheri with a beef spezzatino and shaved Pecorino; indulge further as you enjoy your choice of Whole Florida Snapper or Veal Osso Buco; and finish off with a mini pastry dipped in an amaretto or strawberry cream or berries with sorbet and limoncello.

The outstanding team of chefs at La Cofradia serve up a treat for love-struck guests with three courses of exquisite Peruvian cuisine for $150 per couple featuring Cebiche Eros, Grilled Baby Octopus and Lust Chocolate Turrone. Design District’s only oak-shaded romantic outdoors venue, Maitardi, is celebrating Valentine’s Day exotic flavors, brick-oven specialties and music by jazz vocalist Lenard Rutledge. The menu includes 4 appetizers (like Crispy Kataifi Crusted Shrimp) and three main courses (like Pan-Fried Sea Bass over an arugula and crispy potato salad) to choose from, a complimentary glass of rossini (champagne with strawberry puree) and sumptuous dessert for $45.

Whether your dining in a duo for Valentine’s Day or dining in a group, Mercadito’s 5-course sharing menu is sure to please you. From the delectable menu, you can choose 3 types of guacamole and 2 types of salsa; 2 botanas or 2 ceviches; 4 types of tacos; 2 side dishes like fried plantains with mole poblano creme or Mexican style corn on the cob; and an assortment of flan. Seduce your sweetie this Valentine’s Day with Norman’s Art of Seduction dinner menu, available a la carte. These options are available from Friday-Monday. To get you aroused, start off with Blue Point Oysters on the half shell with ginger-passion fruit mignonette ($15). Heat things up with this salad of Shaved Serrano Ham, Grilled Hearts of Palm, Artichoke Hearts, Baby Arugula and Citrus-Habarnero Vinaigrette ($12). Make it sensual with an order of the Baked Seafood Stuffed Maine Lobster with sauteed haricot verist and Meyer lemon butter sauce ($40). For dessert, try the Triple Chocolate Terrine with strawberry-chipotle coulis and chocolate caramel ($12).

Chef Fabrizio Carro will ignite your senses with a 3-course menu for V-Day. This menu, available on February 14 only, will be priced at $85 per person and there’s a separate menu for him and for her, making it oh-so-tempting to sneak a bite of your partner’s dish. Highlights include Quattro Mare with tuna, scallops, branzino and clams dressed with citrus and olive oil; Handmade pearl gnocchi with truffle fontina fondue; Thinly Sliced Beef Tenderloin with sauteed porcini mushrooms and Heart Shaped Dark Chocolate Ganache with hibiscus gelee and raspberry sorbet.

Dining at The Restaurant at The Setai Miami is sure to impress. They will be offering a 5-course Valentine’s Day Menu on Saturday and Monday for $110 and an additional $45 for wine pairings. This menu will include some aphrodisiac delights like Foie Gras Foam with rhubarb; Cannelloni of Avocado; and Colorado Lamb Loin. They will also be offering a 7-course chef’s tasting menu available on Monday, February 14 only for $155 with an additional $55 for wine pairings. This mind-blowing menu includes Yellowtail Himachi with grapefruit; Sonoma Duck Foie Gras Custard with dashi broth, meli melee of winter roots vegetable and hon shimeji; and Nova Scotia Lobster Ravioli with Nantucket bay scallops nd hedge hogs lobster foam.

Chef Michael Gilligan will tempt your palate with a fine selection of innovative menu items like Pan Seared Scallops with Pequillo pepper coulees, roasted fennel and blood orange; Grouper a la Plancha with lobster, artichoke and oven cured tomatoes; and Heart Shaped Soft Chocolate Ganache for dessert with raspberry sorbet and hibiscus glee.

Now it’s time for your main entree, and you’ll have a variety of choices here. Whether you select the Wild Mushroom Risotto with black truffle, Free Range Chicken under a brick, Chilean Sea Bass a la Plancha or the 12-hour Braised Lamb Shank, your palate will thank you. For dessert (served for the duo), choose the DIY S’mores or Warm Nutella Fondue with fresh fruit, cookies and pretzels.

Van Dyke Cafe is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special menu and a Love and Jazz Valentine’s Concert by acclaimed vocalist Michele Manzo on the evening of Monday February 14th. At $45 per person, the menu boasts three appetizers (a caprese sald, fish ceviche or shrimp cocktail) and three entrees (lobster ravioli, grilled salmon or churrasco) to choose from, a brownie sundae meant for sharing and a glass of champagne.
