The on-site fitness center is part of one of the most famous gym chains in Spain, and features a spa, group classes, personal trainers, tennis courts, and an indoor pool. However, use of the facilities comes with an extra charge, except for suite guests. Stylish rooms have upscale, masculine decor, with a dark brown, eggplant, and gold palette, high-end amenities, and large windows offering panoramic views (in most). Free shuttle service between the hotel, the airport, and the city center is a convenient perk, but guests looking to explore Barcelona’s attractions may want to stay closer to the city center.

For an upscale property in the Eixample neighborhood, near some of Barcelona's best dining and shopping, Hotel Omm is hard to beat. A suitable choice for business or leisure travelers, the hotel has all the amenities one would expect of a luxury property: a rooftop swimming pool with city views, a hot nightclub with table service, a spa that’s open daily, and the Michelin-starred restaurant Roca Moo. The upper-middle-range Barcelo Sants sits atop the Sants train station, the city’s main rail hub, where two metro lines and several national and international rail lines converge. Its location close to the financial district of Les Corts and its large inventory of event space make it popular with conference attendees. The quirky space-station theme is fun, but not for everyone. Its 378 rooms are sleek, clean, and minimalist with minibars, free Wi-Fi, and open bathrooms (also not for everyone). Dining options are multiple and varied, and there is a nice fitness center and sauna, but access comes with a fee.

But it also offers all of the reliable amenities and conveniences of a large hotel that caters to business travelers with a 24-hour modern gym with Barcelona views, 24-hour room service, a stylish bar and restaurant, free Wi-Fi, and contemporary meeting rooms. Although some of the wood accents in the rooms and cozy furniture choices in the lobby make you feel like you're in a Barcelona home, Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal has all of the hustle and bustle noises of a busy chain hotel.

Like most (but not all) H10 properties, there's a ton of style to like at this upscale property in Barcelona’s Eixample. The location couldn't be more central, with bars, restaurants, and some of the city’s most impressive architectural gems all within a five- to 10-minute walk. The 80 trendy, contemporary rooms come with air-conditioning, Nespresso machines, and free Wi-Fi, though some are compact. The hotel has a good number of amenities beyond the rooms, including three meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace with a small pool, cocktail bar, and great views over the city. There’s also a lobby bar and restaurant, though breakfast isn't included. 

The NH Barcelona Diagonal Center is a comfortable mid-range hotel, but its location outside the city center may put some guests off. The 129 spacious rooms have handsome, modern decor and nice touches such as flat-screen TVs and minibars. Suites are equipped with espresso-makers. A breakfast buffet is offered in the mornings, but it's not included in all rates, and dinner is only available on weekdays. There’s no pool or gym, though there are four fully equipped meeting rooms that can hold up to 80 people and a business center. 

There are 55 guest rooms and one meeting room (for up to 12 people) at this sharp and simple property set in Barcelona's Sants district. It’s an ideal location for business guests visiting one of the two large convention centers in the neighborhood, though tourists will have to be okay with a a 20-minute metro journey to Las Ramblas. Rooms have a bright and minimalistic Scandinavian look, and include air-conditioning and smart TVs. Amenities at the property are limited, but there’s a breakfast room and free Wi-Fi.
