The apartments at Splendom Suites Pau Claris range from one to three bedrooms, and have double beds and sofa beds. The three-bedroom apartment measures 968 square feet and can sleep up to seven people. Some apartments have terraces. Throughout, the apartments are bright and decorated in a simple yet appealing style. The white walls and light-beige tile floors reflect the natural sunlight coming through the many windows, creating pleasant, sunny spaces. The eclectic furniture is kept to a minimum, adding to the overall expansive feel. Black-lacquered dining room tables are paired with chairs in navy-blue velour, while gray velour sofas are fronted by metallic, industrial-style coffee tables bordered with rivets. Bedrooms can be snug, with the double beds taking up most of the space, but sparse simple furniture help them feel equally roomy.  Stylish copper lamps decorate each side of the bed, and colorful batik-style pillows add a hit of color.

The kitchens are exceptionally well-equipped, with full-size refrigerators (stocked with alcoholic drinks), stove-tops, electric ovens, microwaves, Lavazza or Nespresso coffee machines, kettles, toasters, juicers, washing machines, and dishwashers, as well as cookware, dishware, and cutlery. Modern and tiled in white, the bathrooms have stylish marble countertops and are fitted with shower/tub combos, bidets, magnifying mirrors, hairdryers, and Molton Brown toiletries. All the apartments are air-conditioned and come with top-notch tech, such as 42-inch flat-screen TVs in the living rooms, and 32-inch TVs in the master bedrooms, DVD players, iHome sets, iPod docking stations with speakers, and free Wi-Fi.
