Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm

With 539 rooms housed in five buildings, the Pueblo is the largest of all nine Servigroup properties in town. It has all the amenities found at other large Benidorm resorts -- including several pools, a buffet restaurant, and a full entertainment program -- and an atmosphere to match. The hotel is popular with bachelor and bachelorette parties for its competitive rates, on-site amenities, and location near nightlife. However, along with Servigroup Nereo, the Pueblo Benidorm is also slightly more popular with families than its sister properties due to its location a little away from the hustle and bustle (but still within easy walking distance of bars and clubs) and its many kid-friendly amenities. 

Interiors are simple and generic throughout, but the hotel is slowly changing the furniture in common spaces to make it a little more contemporary. So far only a few public areas have received updates, and while still basic, the bright palettes and clean lines make for pleasant public spaces. As with most of its sister properties, the corporate orange color can be found in chairs and a few accents throughout, and floor-to-ceiling windows make common spaces sunny. The outdoor areas are mostly concrete decks, but a few palm trees and a patch of grass by the hotel entrance make it a bit more welcoming. The hotel is not particularly stylish or outstanding, but rates are right for Benidorm, and it offers all the basics for a relaxing vacation.

This hotel is located on the corner of two busy streets in central Benidorm. Although it sits just a couple of blocks from the main strip, this part of the neighborhood is somewhat quieter and more relaxed. There are dozens of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops within an easy walk of the hotel, and the town’s popular outdoor market is just a three-minute walk away. The property is also less than a 10-minute walk from Levante Beach and its bustling boardwalk, lined with shops, bars, and cafes. Family-friendly attractions, such as Mundomar, the aquarium, and Terra Mitica theme park are all a 10- to 15-minute drive away. There's a bust stop less than a block from the Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm. Alicante Airport is a 45-minute drive away. 

The hotel has 539 rooms spread over five buildings set around a large main pool deck. Most are smallish but clean and sunny, and all have balconies furnished with two plastic chairs and a table. Decor is simple and generic throughout, with thin green bedspreads, matching curtains, basic blond wood furniture, and off-white tile floors. Pistachio-green accent walls add some style, but decor is a little uninspired and dated overall. Each room features a flat-screen TV with dozens of international channels, plus an empty mini-fridge that guests can use free of charge. Wi-Fi is also provided free throughout the property, but there is a daily fee for use of in-room safes. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, but it's only available seasonally. Bathrooms are clean and appealing, with large walk-in showers, and frosted glass sinks and counters. Wall-mounted hairdryers and a few basic toiletries are also provided. 

The Pueblo Benidorm has a total of four pools, including two for adults, a small one for children, and a heated indoor one with a huge skylight and a few loungers. The concrete deck around the outdoor pools is spacious and packed with loungers, and offers access to two bars, including a small poolside hut selling drinks and a few snacks, and an indoor lounge with large windows and a drinks menu. To one side of the main pool deck is a separate area for children, complete with a kids’ club, a playground with slides, and a water feature. 

A great breakfast buffet is offered daily, including a wide variety of hot and cold items, as well as gluten-free options. Lunch and dinner are also served at the buffet restaurant, which generally gets good reviews. The hotel also features indoor parking (for a fee), and meeting space. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
