Rustic cabins with varying degrees of seclusion
Rock Creek Cabins -- which come with either one, two, or three bedrooms -- are spread out across three different areas with varying levels of seclusion; guests should check with property staff when booking to find out where their cabin will be. Three-bedroom cabins are the most secluded, though all cabins feel private, with lots of plants and elevation changes contributing to a hidden, authentically woodsy atmosphere. The property is beautiful throughout, with color-changing leaves in autumn, and an outdoor fire pit at a location with amazing views of the mountainous region -- up to 30 miles' worth of views on clear days. One of the three locations is an eight-acre parcel studded with seven cabins, each separated by at least 200 feet. Cabins are unique in structure, ranging from a traditional log cabin to a mountaintop green cottage to an adorable A-frame chalet. Some cabins are near a farm, where the sound of a rooster crowing can be a charming nuisance.
