This dated oceanfront party has a friendly, casual vibe. The lobby has gray tile and high
ceilings as well as green leather couches and a flat-screen TV. A beach mural stands at
the entrance of the Discovery Beach Cafe, while green leaf-patterned carpet runs
throughout the dining area. Maroon leather chairs and green laminate tables
cover the space while big windows let in natural light. Additional common areas include the outdoor Tiki Bar, which
sits underneath a grass roof and is surrounded by white chairs with stripped padding. Most guests here are vacationers, and the property gets a lot of families with children.

living areas, and there are dining areas with wooden tables and chairs. The fully equipped kitchens have speckled tan granite countertops, full-sized refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves,
toasters, and coffeemakers. Breakfast bars with seating are also provided and there are stackable washers/dryers are in the closets. Both living areas and bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, and all units
have balconies with seating and lovely ocean or city views. Contemporary bathrooms feature walk-in showers or shower/tub combos and Ocean Mist toiletries are provided. Note that housekeeping is offered only once every two weeks and guests who
