AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is made up of two leaning towers connected by two bridges on lower and top floors. The exterior is striking and modern. Clean lines and angles on the outside carry through to the interiors. The lobby is bright and spacious with contemporary design and modern check-in features. The rooftop Sky Bar is the most favored by guests, with stunning views of both Copenhagen city center and the Amager Faelled Nature Reserve. It's also a funky space with contemporary design including wall gardens, a corner piano, plush leather sofas, casual seating areas, and hanging bird nest chairs. Each of the other dining areas follows a funky and contemporary theme. The breakfast room, at BM Restaurant, can get overcrowded, and past guests have compared it to a canteen. The hotel is quite popular among tour groups, therefore it does get quite busy at times. Guests are a combination of business and leisure travelers.

AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is further out from the city center, and it's easily accessible to public transportation. It's located right across from the Bella Center, one of the largest conference centers in Scandinavia. It's also just a two-minute walk from the Royal Golf Club golf course. The Field's shopping center, with various dining and shopping options, is five minutes away by car or seven minutes on public transport. Copenhagen's City Center is reachable within an 11-minute drive or 20 minutes on public transport. There's a bus stop right across from the hotel. The nearest metro station, Bella Center, is a six-minute walk away and the nearest train station, Orestad Station, is a five-minute drive. It's a seven-minute drive to Copenhagen Airport; the hotel offers a free shuttle.

The 792 rooms and 19 suites at AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen are modern with minimalist interiors. Decor includes plush purple carpets, white walls, white linens with small throw cushions, cream curtains, and contemporary furniture. While the rooms are quite spacious, the minimalist design means that there is little storage space in the cupboards. The Suites are the most spacious, with a completely separate living/dining area that includes a table to seat six guests. Amenities in all rooms include air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, minibars, tea- and- coffee-making facilities, free bottled water, desks, telephones, safes, irons and ironing boards, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are fairly small and include walk-in showers, hairdryers, magnifying mirrors, and house-brand toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The rooms include floor-to-ceiling windows, and the rooms on the higher floors have extensive city views.

Features here are well-thought out. There's a buffet breakfast each morning, with both hot and cold options, at BM Restaurant as well as the option for a grab-n-go breakfast (both for an additional fee). There are three additional restaurants, including BASALT Restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner, the Lobby Bar/AC Lounge which is open for lunch, and the Library Restaurant which is open for dinner. The rooftop Sky Bar is also open for lunch, as well as throughout the evening, serving a range of beverages. Twenty-four hour room service is available. 

Bella Sky Spa features an indoor swimming pool, massaging showers, sauna, steam room, and various massage and beauty treatments. There is also a small fitness center with cardio and weight-training equipment; plus hand towels. There are a total of 48 event rooms and auditoriums, with capacities ranging from six to 930 guests. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes and there is on-site parking (for an additional fee). Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Additional features include pet-friendly rooms (for an additional fee), laundry services, business center with printing facilities, and accessibility-friendly features.
