This charming coastal resort consists of a collection of several historic buildings, including beach cottages and houses with vibrantly colored exteriors. The lovely, lush grounds are well-maintained with beautiful palm trees, flowers, tropical plants, and cement walkways meandering throughout. Red Adirondack chairs provide seating and several historical plaques can be found around the property, as well as wonderful fountain features. A path leads directly to the beautiful beach, which offers a gorgeous stretch of white-sanded shore and azure water. Guests range from couples to groups to families with little kids. 

The property is located in a lovely residential area in Indian Rocks Beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve is a five-minute walk away and the Indian Rocks Historical Museum can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. The Indian Rocks Shopping Center is a five-minute drive, while the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and Sand Key Park are 10 minutes from the property. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Pier 60 Park are a 20-minute drive, and Tropicana Field, The Dali Museum, Bright House Field, and the Tampa International Airport are around 30 minutes away.

A variety of units are available at this resort, including beach cottages and houses, suites, and studios, some of which are housed in historic, beachfront buildings. All are individually decorated and have a mix of contemporary and antique-style furnishings and homey decor with a tropical touch (bamboo furniture, bright wall colors, damask print comforters, chandeliers). Flat-screen TVs and DVD players are provided in the living rooms, while bedrooms have floral comforters as well as wood furniture, and all units have outdoor patios with seating. Some options have fully-equipped kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while others have kitchenettes. Additionally, some have private outdoor pools, barbecue grills, washers/dryers, and exceptional ocean views. However, housekeeping is only available weekly, some rooms have tube-style TVs, and some kitchens don’t have dishwashers. Contemporary bathrooms have shower/tub combos or walk-in showers and offer hairdryers in addition to White Marble bar soaps. Some bathrooms have pedestal sinks and wood floors, while others have neutral tile and granite-topped vanities. 

Some of the rooms offer direct access to the white sand beach, which offers a few wood lounge chairs. The two outdoor pools are the other highlight of the property. One of the lagoon-style pools offers gorgeous ocean views and blue lounge chairs, while the other is surrounded by white chairs, shrubs, and palm trees. A business center offers copying and faxing services, and there are concierge services as well. Free laundry facilities and barbecue grills are provided in addition to free outdoor parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. However, bike, beach toy, and kayak rentals are only available at certain room locations.
