The Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport is mostly geared toward those in transit, with many guests stopping over briefly to catch flights at Indira Gandhi International Airport. However, the extensive business facilities also make it a popular choice for corporate travelers. From the outside, the hotel is easily recognizable thanks to its bright green signage and imposing pale stone facade. On the inside, however, it's a good deal more attractive than most outposts in this chain. Decor is sleek and contemporary (if a little dark), with glossy marble-finish floors, modern seating areas, and black wood-paneled ceilings. The all-day restaurant is chic and modern, with warm tones and large glass window panes, while Bella Italia offers a more casual dining experience amid colorful decor. The outdoor pool is a great spot to unwind, surrounded by modern sun beds and umbrellas. All in all, this hotel has more to offer than most airport-adjacent properties. Guests should note that check-in can be a bit slow, as airport arrival times mean that large groups can turn up at the same time. 

For travelers on the go, the location in the Aerocity Hospitality District is hard to beat (though not the right spot for travelers seeking a taste of frenetic central Delhi). Indira Ghandi International Airport is only a few minutes away by the hotel's free airport transfer service, though budget a little extra time for traffic. The Worldmark Two business center is right next door, offering access to a food hall and high-end shops. The hotel offers easy access to the commercial districts of Guragon, Cybercity, and Udyog Vihar, making it popular with business travelers. The only downside is that it's removed from central Delhi sights, though India Gate and Qutub Minar are both a 30-minute drive away in ideal traffic conditions (budget up to an hour, realistically speaking). Alternatively, it's a 40-minute journey by metro from Delhi Aero City station to Connaught Place in the center of Delhi. The walk to the Aero City station only takes three minutes from the hotel. Cabs are easy to find outside the hotel, and New Delhi Railway Station is a 30- to 60-minute drive away. 

The hotel has a total of 265 rooms (and 13 suites) with contemporary decor and generous amenities. All are spacious and well-finished, with gray tones, fresh white linens, glossy wood-finish floors, glass-topped work desks, and additional seating areas. Standard in-room amenities include flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations, air-conditioning, minibars (but no alcohol), electric kettles, safes, phones, ironing boards, and free Wi-Fi. Pillow menus, triple-glazed windows, and blackout drapes are welcome extras (especially for light sleepers), while bathrobes and slippers are further winning touches, particularly for a chain that's not exactly known for its upmarket perks. Suites add extra living space, plus sofa beds and deep-soaking tubs. Bathrooms are modern, with marble-finish showers, magnifying mirrors, hairdryers, and free toiletries. Showers have a glass partition between the main room, though there are blinds for privacy. Unfortunately rooms don't offer much in the way of views, with most facing the road outside.

There's an all-day buffet restaurant called Viva offering an array of international cuisines, while Bella Italia serves authentic Italian dishes and gelato. There's a casual lounge and bar for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus a deli offering pastries and confectionaries. A varied breakfast buffet with hot and cold options is available for guests, but this costs extra. Kids age 12 and under stay and eat for free.
