The semi-open lobby is situated in a two-floor, off-white building with brown thatched roofs and a courtyard at its center. There's plenty of seating here. White columns and archways along with brass candelabra ceiling-suspended lamps add a subtly regal vibe. The property attracts a mix of guests, including vacationing families and wedding parties plus the occasional business group.

Decor is pleasant and bright, with oak furniture and high ceilings with soft suspended lighting, but there's not much in terms of wall art in some of the rooms, which makes them look a bit stark. Villas are nicer, and both the Luxury Pool Villas and the Presidential Pool Villas offer lovely plunge pools out on private decks. These units also have a bit more character in the rooms (think throw cushions, colorful wall art, and four-poster beds). Standard amenities across the board include electric safes, flat-screen TVs, kettles, and minibars. Bathrooms are large, with lots of gray granite and gigantic walk-in showers with ceiling-mounted rainfall showerheads plus large counters. Toiletries, magnifying mirrors, and hairdryers are provided.
