The Nadler Victoria

The Nadler Victoria is a modern, no-fuss city center hotel with the main attraction being its central location. The lobby (which is the only common area) features a minimalist design with white walls, wooden vinyl floors, small black reception desk, and a few seats in the corner near a black shelf housing contemporary decor. The hallways are narrow and lined with dark carpets and half black, half white walls. The lobby is busy with guests coming and going, otherwise the lack of common areas means little interaction or space to mingle. Most guests here are tourists wanting a central location with good access to public transportation.

The Nadler Victoria has an ideal location for visiting several major tourist sights in London. There are numerous restaurants, pubs, and bars to discover in the immediate area. The hotel is located just behind Buckingham Palace, a six-minute walk from the entrance where the changing of the guards happens. London's popular parks, including Buckingham Palace Gardens, Green Park, and St. James's Park, are all within a 10-minute walk. Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey are just under 20 minutes on foot. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel and Victoria Train Station (with access to the London Underground and Gatwick Airport) is a five-minute walk away. Heathrow Airport is just under an hour, either by car or on public transport. Gatwick Airport is 40 minutes away on public transport or 90 minutes by car.

The 73 rooms at The Nadler Victoria are modern with an understated elegance. Decor features neutral tones with dark carpets, cream walls, white linens with faux fur bed throws, beige blinds, simple artwork, and contemporary furniture. The room varieties are almost uniformly standard, only differing in bed size; some rooms include sleeper sofas. A good feature for a city center hotel is the small kitchenettes found in all rooms, with a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffeemaker, BRITA filter water tap, crockery, and cutlery ideally tucked away in a cupboard. Additional amenities in all rooms include air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, desks with USB chargers, telephones, pillow menus, safes, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms include either shower/tub combos or walk-in showers with magnifying mirrors, hairdryers, heated towel rails, and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in selected rooms.

Much like most London city center hotels, features are quite limited at The Nadler Victoria.
