Hotel Louvre Montana

Built in the 18th century, this
intimate, relaxed hotel resides in a charming white building with authentic Parisian style and wrought iron balconies. Classical music plays through the traditional yet modern lobby, with soft blues and grays with bursts of deep burgundy as well as wood
floors throughout. Funky colored armchairs with classic silhouettes provide seating and guests are enamored with the ornate, steel-cage style antique elevator. A stone accent wall and cherry tree-inspired contemporary artwork look sharp
against the neutral palette in the cozy breakfast room while the antique portraits in the hallways add to the historic feel. Guests here are
mostly couples and families, with the occasional business traveler passing
through as well.

Hotel is on a narrow, one-way street in Paris’ 1st Arrondissement
between the famous Rue Saint Honore and Rue de Rivoli. Plenty of
restaurants are within a minute’s walk in any direction while the metro, the
Louvre, and the Tuileries Gardens are a five-minute walk from the hotel. Place Vendome,
Palais-Royal, and the Saint-Roch Church are also within a five-minute walk and
popular destinations such as the Musee d'Orsay and Champs-Elysees are a
15-minute walk. Classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe
are a 10-minute drive, and the Notre Dame Cathedral and Gare du Nord are a
15-minute car ride away. All can be accessed by metro as well. Both the Orly Airport and Charles de Gaulle Airport
are around a 30-minute drive depending on traffic.

Individually decorated and quiet rooms have a contemporary, yet classic, Parisian style. Rooms are spacious by Parisian standards, starting at 17 square meters (183 square feet). Light
fixtures, phones, and ornately patterned wallpaper tap into the hotel’s history while high-pile
carpet plus stylish gray and burgundy color palettes add a modern edge. Furniture is modern, but has deliberately antique lines in shades of light gray or light wood tones. All
air-conditioned rooms have flat-screen TVs and minibars as well as Nespresso
coffeemakers. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided, and some rooms have
balconies with seating and beautiful Tuileries Gardens views. Good-size bathrooms vary in style -- some are utterly contemporary and feature subway tiling and rainfall showerheads in shower/tub combos, while others are slightly more outdated, with tan tiles and older fixtures. Toiletries are provided.

While this hotel looks like a four-pearl property, it lacks amenities like a full-service restaurant or fitness room. An excellent breakfast is
offered for a fee with fruit, baguettes, sausages, eggs, cheeses, and pastries,
and there is a computer available for guest use around the clock. Small pets
are allowed, but subject to fees, though Wi-Fi is free. Additionally, the 24-hour front desk
offers a free rental iPad. Concierge services and room service are available as
well; however, room service has limited hours. No on-site parking is offered so
guests must use nearby public parking.
