Greyhawk Condominiums

Because this property is comprised of a cluster of private condominium units, there isn’t much communal space. Inside a lodge-like building with pitched roofs and wood pillars, there are a small office and an outdoor retail store with equipment rentals, clothing, and gear. Like the condos, the office has a rustic look, with knotty wood-paneled walls, decorative antique skis and snowshoes, and worn-in leather couches and armchairs arranged around a stone fireplace. There are a table with ski magazines, a shelf full of tourism brochures, and a display with a Keurig coffeemaker and a tray of cookies for guests to help themselves to. Outside the glass doors is a cozy, wooden balcony with simple, iron patio furniture facing large pine trees. The property itself is dotted with pine trees and evergreen shrubs, with gray sidewalks leading to the condos -- '90s-era buildings with brown siding and dark green trim. Guests tend to be groups or families in town for the skiing, and the surrounding landscape of snowcapped hillsides dotted with pines has a rustic charm. 

The condos sit along Deer Valley Road, the busy road connecting Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. The rear of the property has some open space, a steep hill with a neighboring housing complex. Park City Main Street with its many restaurants and shops is about one mile away -- just a minute or so by car, and about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Park City resort is a half-mile away, and Deer Valley is about two miles away -- both are within five minutes' drive. Salt Lake City Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

These private condos are two- and three-bedroom units with two or three levels. They are comfortably furnished in earthy, autumnal colors and with mountain flair, such as cozy quilts, knotty-pine tables, and paintings of woodsy scenes. Leather chairs and sofas make for comfortable TV-watching, though some are tube-style. Each unit has a full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, oven and range, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, and all the utensils necessary to make a big meal -- plus a roomy dining table and kitchen island. The units are carpeted, and have earth-colored, granite tile in the kitchens. Gas fireplaces with stone tiling, and private outdoor hot tubs are nice touches, particularly on cold nights. Some windows offer lovely mountain views, while master bedrooms have simply furnished balconies. Some master bedrooms also have mini-fridges, sinks, and coffeemakers, as well as large bathrooms with shower/tub combos. Each unit has two-and-a-half-baths, and a washer/dryer unit. Each unit has private Wi-Fi access.

The Greyhawk condos are self-contained units with full kitchens, dishwashers, and washers and dryers. The bonus features are private outdoor hot tubs and indoor gas fireplaces. Private Wi-Fi access is included, as well as underground parking. There is a free shuttle that stops across the street for quick access to the ski resorts and Main Street. Greyhawk staff can help arrange airport transfers, bike or ski/snowboard rentals, and equipment tune-ups. There is a sports retailer on-site.
