The pitched roof driveway entrance is flanked by two moose statues and set against a lovely mountain backdrop. High wooden beamed ceilings, tall windows that face the wooded landscape, a stone-faced log fireplace, and a grand piano in the lobby lounge create a romantic atmosphere. Free Starbucks coffee is served in the lobby. There are also an elevator and a flight of wooden stairs covered in green patterned carpeting that continues into the hallways. At the back of the hotel is a wraparound terrace, offering patio furniture, fire pits, and mountain and pool views.

The hotel is in Northern Utah on the 18-hole Park City Golf Club’s course overlooking a pond and the mountains. The street outside is busy, and there's a convenience store a one-minute walk away. There are also markets, restaurants, a Starbucks, a Domino’s Pizza, a Rite Aid, a Sports Authority, and a Burger King within a five- to 10-minute walk. Downtown Park City is a four-minute drive. It’s a four-minute drive to the Alpine Coaster, while the Utah Olympic Park takes 13 minutes by car. The hotel’s free shuttle goes to the Park City Mountain Resort in four minutes and Deer Valley Resort in seven minutes. Salt Lake City is just over half an hour away.
