The 13-story Pullman Pattaya Hotel G stands tall above the surrounding palm trees on the northern Pattaya Wong Amat Beach. On the ground, the hotel has a sense of zen and tranquility with nature as a central focus: greenery-covered arches, large shady trees, potted plants on walls, landscaped gardens, and green plants and bushes around every corner. The lobby is just as tranquil with an abundance of white found on the furniture, walls, curtains, lamp shades, decor, and railings; complemented with wooden floors and colorful freshly-cut flowers. Each of the restaurants and bars features an individual design, though all promote a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere. The vast range of features attract a range of travelers, including couples, families, and business travelers.

Situated in North Pattaya, Pullman Pattaya Hotel G is isolated from the busy hustle in the center of Pattaya. The hotel has access to a private section on the Wong Amat Beach, just a one-minute walk from the hotel. There are only a handful of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance from the hotel. The Sanctuary of Truth temple and Crescent Moon Beach are a 10-minute drive. Tiffany’s Show (a popular drag cabaret), Central Center shopping complex, and Art in Paradise (a family-friendly 3D museum) are about a 15-minute drive away. The main Pattaya walking street, a lively and somewhat seedy entertainment district, is a 20-minute drive away. The Pattaya Harbor is a 24-minute drive. The nearest airport, U-Tapao Rayong Pattaya International Airport, is an hours' drive from the hotel. Bangkok is just over two hours by car, where there are another two main airports.

The 353 rooms feature fresh decor with a contemporary Thai flair. Most of the rooms feature neutral colors with wooden floors, white walls and linens, fresh flowers, contemporary artwork, and elegant white wooden furniture. Amenities in all rooms and suites include air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, minibars, free bottled water, electric kettles, DVD players, iPod docks, desks, telephones, safes, pillow menus, and free Wi-Fi. All rooms include private furnished balconies, and most have stunning sea views. 

Bathrooms include both walk-in showers and tubs. Bathrobes, slippers, scales, magnifying mirrors, hairdryers, and toiletries are provided. The Royal Suite also features an in-room sauna and hot tub. 

The Royal Suite is the only room type that differs with elaborate and rich colors. The Family Suites include brightly painted kids' rooms with flat-screen TVs and PlayStation consoles. Guests staying in the higher category rooms and suites have exclusive Executive Club Lounge access.

Pullman Pattaya Hotel G is packed with features for all ages and travelers. All rates include a free buffet breakfast at the Beach Club Restaurant. The all-day restaurant serves international dishes, including either a buffet or extensive dining menu with themed nights like international seafood BBQ buffet, bodega fever, and Thai exotic. Room service is available. There are three on-site bars/lounges, including The Beach Club Bar, Chill Out Bar, and Sunset Lounge (exclusive to club room guests). The hotel has two outdoor pools: the large main pool which leads out onto the beach with several surrounding sun loungers and parasols and the smaller, more quiet Lanai pool.

Aisawan Spa offers a variety of traditional Thai relaxation therapies as well as a sauna and outdoor hot tub. For further wellness, there's the G Club Fitness Center with modern LifeFitness cardio and weight-training equipment along with yoga and boxing classes. Kids are entertained with the kids' club and game room. Business travelers can make use of the business center with printing, copying, and faxing facilities. There are also a total of 16 event and meeting spaces available. Wi-Fi throughout the property and on-site parking are free (though guests have complained about limited parking). Additional features include babysitting services, laundry services, a gift shop, and airport shuttle (for a fee).
