There are plenty of facilities for all ages including three swimming pools (one of which is just for adults), an outdoor playground, and on-site spa. All rooms extend to an outdoor space and suites provide for (minimal) self-catering wet bars. Prices are definitely at the cheaper end for this type of hotel, but the property's lack of proximity to the beach is a bit of a compromise.

Neatly paved paths wind though extensive and well-maintained gardens flanked by immaculate lawns, palm trees, and exotic vegetation. The complex is comprised of clusters of several buildings, largely centered around the hotel's largest Emerald pool and designed in a combination of traditional Thai and contemporary style architecture. Popular with families with kids, the resort has a distinctive holiday atmosphere, but it maintains some child-free areas to ensure opportunities to relax in peace.
