Opened in 2012, this privately owned establishment markets itself as a bed-and-breakfast, but in many ways feels like a private apartment complex. (Breakfast, after all, is served in-room.) The bright, glass-roofed "lobby" feels more like a modern dining area -- it's mostly taken up by a glass table and chic stools upholstered in white and finished with chrome legs. This area leads directly to a small terrace with wicker-style patio furniture, but this is the extent of the common spaces.
