A rural property with green lawns and scrub land, La Corte Rosada consists of stone buildings with Mediterranean-style roofs and stone walkways. The front desk is nothing more than a couple wooden tables and chairs with cubbies for room keys and a phone. The small lobby has a sitting area with bamboo chairs and tourist information on a small table. There aren’t a lot of common areas for congregating, but the grounds are beautiful and ideal for a peaceful vacation. The restaurant is charming with stone floors, exposed wooden ceilings, and tables set elegantly with linens and stone markers painted to look like animals. Breakfast and dinner include homemade dishes using vegetables from the owner’s farm.
