The lobby is bathed in yellows with comfortable wooden seating; antique light fixtures throughout hint at the building's history. There is an elevator and the hallways are modern with lovely floors, a spiral staircase, and a beautiful kitchen. All common areas are bright, especially the inviting breakfast room. This room has black-and-white tile, tea party-esque chairs and tables, and is surrounded by windows with views of the surrounding area. The front desk is a small, personal desk with two chairs in front of it, which leaves an intimate, personal impression.
