The hotel could use some updating and the decor is underwhelming -- taupe-colored walls, sparse artwork, and dull furniture -- but guests are really here for the beach, which lies just outside.
The property technically consists of two buildings; the main building was constructed on the beachfront in 2001, while a smaller section (built in 1984) is located across the street from the beach. This older building has a modest outdoor pool and houses 48 additional rooms and suites (which are marketed at a discount rate).
