Bottom Line

The mid-range SpringHill Suites Wenatchee is a modern, attractive hotel with an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a 24-hour gym. There’s no restaurant, but the hotel serves a free breakfast, and has an outdoor barbecue terrace, a minimarket, and manager’s receptions with free light dinners. The 109 contemporary studios feature stylish decor and sitting areas with wet bars and sofa beds; some also have river views. Parking and Wi-Fi are both free. A business center has two computers and one meeting space is available. But this isn’t the most desirable location, and business travelers in particular may prefer the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel in the historic downtown area, walking distance from the Wenatchee Convention Center and public transportation.

SpringHill Suites Wenatchee

Scene

Modern and bright three-pearl hotel with an outdoor barbecue patio

The hotel's modern four-story building has attractive stonework and a large industrial-looking porte cochere. The bright lobby is decorated with contemporary earth-tone furnishings surrounded by wispy, white curtains that make the hotel stand out from other mid-range properties in the area. A round front desk with a lighted facade continues the modern design. The location is a five-minute drive from downtown, but this hotel is a good choice for visiting families or those seeking outdoor adventures. The SpringHill Suites has a warm environment, thanks to free cookies in the evening and a Manager’s Reception Monday through Wednesday that includes free snacks, dinner, and drinks. Guests also often use the outdoor patio with a barbecue grill.

The drive to Seattle and its international airport takes two hours and 30 minutes. There's free parking, including two electric vehicle charging stations.

Rooms

Modern, bright studios with wet bars, mini-fridges, and microwaves

The property offers 109 modern Studios with mountain or river views through large windows that let in plenty of light. The earth-tone furnishings create a soothing vibe and consist of wood detailing, contemporary sofas in pale blue, and metal coffee tables. Bright-orange vases, framed geometric prints, and blue blankets with a plant motif add cheerfulness to the spaces. Though the sitting and bedroom areas aren't completely separate, partitions with built-in desks create a division. Amenities provided are mini-fridges, microwaves, coffeemakers, and ironing facilities, plus technology that includes 32-inch flat-screen TVs, iPod docks, and free Wi-Fi. Frosted-glass sliding doors lead into modern bathrooms with shower/tub combos or showers, hairdryers, and toiletries.
