While modestly sized, the inviting lobby at the Golden Sun and Golden Beach Hotel is bright and tidy, with a large reception desk and a seating area decorated with black and silver wallpaper and contemporary furniture. There is an airy indoor bar with black leather couches, and guests also gather at the outdoor covered bar, which overlooks the pool. The front entrance leads right to the parking area. Outdoor walkways lead through the lush, colorful gardens to the pool area, outdoor game area and playground, as well as the guest rooms. The pool is large, and lined with blue and white loungers and umbrellas on a beige patio area.

Located a short walk from the beach and a five-minute drive from nearby towns and Zakynthos International Airport, this hotel has a central, scenic location. While the room rate does include all meals, guests that want to explore the area will find a number of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment options nearby. Positioned right off of the main road, the property is fairly separate from the nearby town, but the proximity to the airport can create noise as planes take off and land. The front desk offers both car and bicycle rentals, and taxi and bus service are also available right outside the hotel entrance.

Decorated in neutrals with bright pops of color or pattern, the guest rooms at this property are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. They offer convenient amenities and beautiful views.
