Terrorists opened fire on a beach in Sousse, a resort area of Tunisia, this morning. The number of gunmen is yet to be confirmed, but at least 27 people were killed, most of whom were visiting foreigners staying at the luxury Hotel Riu Imperial Marhaba resort. Despite the country's recent progress towards a democratic transition, this is the second major attack in Tunisia this year.
